Asked to comment on charges taken apart from the lawyer, Bahadur Sagi said he had no way to say, why? “He has to lose his case and if he has any doubts he can ask, but no way,” said the 25-year-old lawyer. “Saving a lost case is one thing, being given the chance will be another way of putting his case.” Bahadur Sagi is a high court judge, and has been publicly humiliated in jail by the Supreme Court, for reasons that have vexed him frequently. Bahadur Sagi was also put in a jail cell, in the case of Bombay Governor Ambsur Shah, who is accused of smuggling a car into Karachi. He has been receiving treatment in Lahore and was summoned to trial today in the Lahore High Court. In February the Supreme Court gave out a conviction against him, but on a brief inquiry, the highest court revoked his bail which came into effect earlier this year.
